What's really holding you back

Some of you may be arguing that some of the things on this list aren't "excuses" for you at all but legitimate reasons. They certainly can be legitimate outer blocks that you need to work through to get past.
But I urge you to ask yourself - what could these statements really be covering up for you? Likely, it's fear.
And that is nothing to be ashamed of. Fear is real and powerful and can actually be quite a useful emotion. Fear is what keeps you safe.
But a HUGE part of being able to walk away from something that isn't lighting you up to pursue something waaaaaaaaaay more fulfilling (which your brain is interpreting as the opposite of safe) is being able to identify when your deepest fear/inner critic is holding you back and practice strategies to get past it.
